For this performance, we will change to an interlocking method that requires you to register seat information on the penlight when using it. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please be aware of this in advance.

Please install the smartphone app "JO1 OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK" and cooperate in registering your seat information.

Please note that registration will only begin after "seat display" is done on the ticket app.

*Due to production reasons, it is prohibited to bring in penlights other than JO1 OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK.

《Notes regarding pairing》

*Pairing will be possible after the seats are displayed on the ticket app.

*If you are using Android, please also turn on Bluetooth and location information.

*Pairing may be extremely difficult in crowded places such as performance venues due to radio wave conditions and Bluetooth interference. If you have a penlight, please download the smartphone app "JO1 OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK" before the day of the performance and be sure to complete the pairing "before entering the venue."

*It is possible to register seat information on multiple penlights per smartphone device.

After completing the registration of the first penlight, please register the second and subsequent penlights in the same manner as described in [How to use the app].

*If you do not have a smartphone on the day of the event, we will help you register at the "Penlight Inquiry Desk", but if your family member has a smartphone, please register in advance if possible. Please register before attending.

*Customers who will be attending two or more performances will need to register their seat information for each performance.

*During the performance, the production will not be reflected if the blue light is blinking (Bluetooth mode). Press and hold the button on the stick body for at least 3 seconds to return to performance mode (light color: white).

《Precautions regarding batteries》

*Batteries are not included, so be sure to prepare them yourself in advance.

*Please make sure that the positive (+) and negative (-) sides of the battery are set correctly. The side with the spring is negative (-).

*If even one battery is insufficient, the power will not turn on. We recommend replacing the batteries with new ones (3 x AAA alkaline batteries) before the performance.
