About application

  • ・Each advance sale has different application conditions. Please be sure to check the application conditions before applying.
  • ・Applications are limited to one per person per performance, with a maximum of four tickets per performance. You can only enter once for each performance.
  • ・Each person will be required to hold one ticket to enter this performance, so if you have applied for two or more tickets, please be sure to share the tickets with your companions. Please note that tickets purchased from the applicant cannot be distributed or transferred to other people.
  • ・Please make sure that accompanying persons also have a smartphone that meets the recommended environment for the "JO1 OFFICIAL APP."
  • ・There will be no duplicate wins for the same performance on the same date and time.
  • ・Duplicate applications for the same performance may be invalid.
  • ・Even if you have won/purchased multiple tickets, admission will be denied to anyone other than the person in question (the person whose name appears on the ticket).In addition, changes to information, cancellations of tickets, refunds, etc. will not be permitted.
  • ・The name of the applicant (the name registered in the fan club or the name registered in Plus member ID) will be displayed on the ticket. When applying, please be sure to apply using the name of the person attending the event.

About electronic tickets

  • ・Tickets for this performance will be issued electronically using the "JO1 OFFICIAL APP."
  • ・Electronic tickets will be available for collection approximately one week before the performance date. Please check the individual reception pages for details. (Seats will be displayed on the day of the performance.)
  • ・If a companion under the age of 18 does not have a smartphone, their tickets will be displayed together on the device used to apply, and they will enter at the same time as the applicant. Please bring a valid ID as we may need to verify your Japanese identity.
  • ・If you arrive at the venue without having received your tickets, it may take some time before you can enter. Please be sure to receive and distribute your tickets before arriving.
  • ・If you are unable to participate for unavoidable reasons, please use the official trade.

  • ・All advance ticket sales will be by lottery. Tickets will not be sold on a first-come, first-served basis, so please be sure to read the important points regarding the performance during the application period and apply carefully. After the application period has ended, a strict lottery will be held to determine the winners from among all applicants.
  • ・It may be difficult to connect immediately after the start of reception and near the end of reception due to the concentration of access. Please allow enough time to complete the application procedure.
  • ・Pre-sale tickets are available for pre-sale before the general public. Please note that there are a limited number of reservations and all reservations are made by lottery, so we cannot guarantee that you will be selected or receive a good seat.
  • ・We cannot answer any inquiries or requests regarding seats.
  • ・We may ask you to provide your emergency contact information when purchasing tickets or visiting the venue.

Other notes

About resale/transfer

  • ・Tickets purchased through this reception desk are strictly prohibited from being resold to a third party for any reason. Providing/transferring tickets to a third party for the purpose of resale is also prohibited. In addition, purchasing tickets for the purpose of resale is strictly prohibited.
  • ・Reselling includes selling tickets at auctions, bidding, buying and selling over the Internet, buying and selling through ticket shops, purchasing agents, scalpers, and unscrupulous third parties.
  • ・If we discover that an item has been listed at an auction or resold at a high price, we will refuse entry to the seller and buyer.
    In addition, if we find that tickets have been resold, we may ask you to verify your identity on the day of the performance. If we are unable to verify your identity, we may refuse you entry.

  • - Any kind of crowded gathering or trading of goods, etc. is prohibited inside or outside the venue.

Regarding sound recording, video recording, and photography

  • ・Bringing photography and recording equipment (cameras, binoculars with photography functions, recorders, video recorders, etc.) into the venue, taking photographs, filming videos, recording audio, live streaming (live audio and video broadcasts) with cameras or mobile phones, etc. within the venue, etc. is strictly prohibited in order to protect the rights of artists.
  • ・Due to the frequent occurrence of voyeurism and eavesdropping using smartphones and binoculars with built-in camera functions, staff may check if your smartphone is sticking out of your bag or pocket, or if you are using a smartphone or binoculars during the performance. Please set your smartphone to silent mode and make sure it is securely stored in your bag.
  • ・If anyone is found taking photographs or recording, the equipment will be confiscated and you will be asked to leave the venue. Please be aware of this in advance. The organizers and artists will not be held responsible for any accidents or thefts that occur as a result of not following the instructions of the staff.

Regarding support goods and volunteer projects

  • ・Please be aware that creating products using materials other than JO1 support advertisements (such as photos released on the official website or fan club, photos used in magazines, or photos taken secretly at performances or other locations where photography is not permitted) and selling or distributing them to an unspecified number of people constitutes an infringement of JO1's portrait rights, regardless of whether the seller makes a profit or not. We ask for your understanding and cooperation in order to protect the artist's portrait.
  • ・It is prohibited to bring support goods such as boards other than official JO1 goods.
  • ・However, the following items may be brought in even if they are not official merchandise.

  • ・When using cheering goods, please refrain from holding them above your chest.
  • ・When using fans, slogans, etc., it is prohibited to have them extend beyond your seat. *Please note that seat size may vary depending on the venue.
  • ・If the staff determines that it will interfere with the production or cause trouble for other customers, we may refuse to use it.
  • ・It is possible to decorate official goods as long as they fit within the size of each product.
  • ・We cannot intervene, cooperate, or support even if you contact us for permission to execute a project by volunteers.
  • ・It is prohibited to sell and distribute unofficial goods using JO1's portrait or name in the venue premises, nearby facilities and public places. In addition, such acts are not permitted at all.
  • ・If unauthorized sales or distribution are discovered, the relevant items will be confiscated and identity verification will be conducted. If found to be a fan club member, you will be expelled and denied entry to the performance and venue premises. In more serious cases, we may be forced to take legal action against those taking unauthorized photographs or eavesdropping without prior notice as an illegal act to prevent recurrence, so please refrain from such behavior. Furthermore, unless the number of people purchasing such unofficial merchandise decreases, it will be difficult to reduce the unauthorized sales and distribution of unofficial goods. We ask for your understanding that this is an act that infringes on the artist's rights.

Prohibited matter
